Definition of Ready
Coached the scrum team at salty.com to create this Definition of Ready document to have a clear agreement on when user stories at the top of the backlog are ready for sprint planning.
Definition of Done
Worked with the scrum team at salty.com to define this Definition of Done which became a pillar of our process that was frequently referenced at sprint ends.
Sprint Retrospective
The salty.com scrum team has two week sprints ; after sprints we discussed what went well, what didn't go well, and what we can immediately improve for next sprint. I documented the team's comments and any action items in Confluence.
Target Market and User Personas
Defined the Target Market for salty.com and created User Personas that would be the foundation of all user stories in our product backlog.
User Journey Map
Created journey maps for each user persona to show how users would move through our product. Documented in the company's wiki on Confluence.
Willingness to Gamble Survey Data
This is one of many surveys I designed and ran with our target audience to determine their willingness to sign up and gamble on salty.com via different promotions.
Agile Roadmap
As product owner for salty.com I defined this agile roadmap for the website, projecting a year of goals. I reviewed and revised this with the team each quarter. Built in Trello.
Product Requirements Document
This is a small PRD I created as a part of an interview process with WIN Reality, a company that makes high end VR simulations for Major League Baseball. The document describes a new feature based on audio cues during practice.
