Description
ABCmouse.com is an early-learning website and mobile app that contains a suite of educational games and other learning activities.
My Contributions
Product Owner for several skus of ABCmouse.com:
ABCmouse.com for Libraries
ABCmouse.com for Community Centers
ABCmouse.com Assessment Center
Worked within the corporate development department and early learning scientists to define product roadmaps for each sku
Created and executed studies including focus groups, personal interviews, field trials, and usability tests
Performed quantitative coding of all feedback to ensure our top priorities were the most impactful
Wrote detailed Product Requirements Documents, gaining buy-in from all stakeholders
Worked with the User Experience department to define User Personas and User Stories for each product so we could better identify who we were building each product for
Collaborated with the Brand Marketing team, communicating requirements for email campaigns and other brand collateral that would align with product releases
Maintained a close relationship with my Producer counterpart, with who I lead several development teams to success in implementing each product's backlog
